This experience was exactly what my soul needed this morning and sharing it with my best friends made it even more special!!💜
Before I even left the house to help my dear friend Kate Christopher set up for a sound healing bath at Buffalo Lodge Parkville, I walked downstairs to grab my bolsters and yoga blankets… and stepped into a flood. Water was pouring through the ceiling, and my stress level instantly shot through the roof. I honestly wondered how I was going to relax.
Then her sound bath began.
Within moments, every worry literally melted away. The vibrations of Kate’s beautiful instruments washed over me, and for the next hour I felt nothing but complete peace. I even experienced the most vivid, beautiful purple light I’ve ever seen. It was one of the most calming, restorative experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Kate has such a special gift!! If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, need to reset, or want to create a meaningful experience for a group of friends, family, or coworkers, I can’t recommend her enough. She creates a truly immersive, healing experience that leaves you feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply restored.
Thank you, Kate, for always reminding me that even on the most stressful days, peace is always possible. I love you to the moon and stars.💜✨#buffalolodgeparkville #parkvillemo #soundbathmeditation #kchealthandwellness #soundbath

Happy Birthday to me!! Submerged in warm water infused with flowers, listening to a 15-minute meditation my best friend Anna released on the Spiritual Bombshell podcast. During the silent portion of the meditation, something extraordinary happened. With my eyes closed, everything around me turned pure white..an endless, luminous stillness. Then both of my grandmothers appeared. They were dressed in flowing white gowns, but they were not old. They were young, radiant, and full of life.
They spoke to me gently and said, “There is someone we would like you to get reacquainted with.” I realized I was kneeling at a distance from them. As I watched, the white light softened and slowly shifted into the most delicate lavender I have ever seen!! Pearlescent, glowing, almost felt alive in a sense. Out of that lavender light, a little girl with pigtails came running toward me. As she got closer, I realized she was me!! A toddler version of myself. She ran straight to me, melted into my arms, and held on tightly. The hug was the warmest, softest, most peaceful embrace I have ever felt. Time totally disappeared! She whispered to me-You are enough. You are more than enough. I am so proud of how far you’ve come.
I’m so sorry for all that you’ve had to go through. But I want you to know, your story is not over. It is only just beginning.
She pulled back slightly, pointed to herself, and said…
If you can remember this version of yourself and bring her into every room you walk into..bring her curiosity, her excitement, her joy, her fearlessness..you can, and you will accomplish everything your heart desires.
Then she said, I want to be in the room with you always.
She kissed me gently on the cheek, stood up, and ran back toward my grandmothers. She hugged them, and they each took one of her hands. Together, they slowly walked away into the lavender light.
As the vision faded, I became aware of my body again..tears streaming down my face, mixing with the bathwater.
They were tears of peace.
Tears of joy. Tears of remembrance. I felt whole. Today I celebrate both versions of me. Together we are enough and we always will be. 💝💝#happybirthdaytome #meditation #spiritualpractice

My heart is full, all of my chakras are unblocked and so I must share...
I had a beautiful reiki session with Anna today. I asked her a week or so ago to put me on her schedule because I have been feeling a lot of heaviness in my heart and so unaligned with my purpose. It’s not that I forgot my purpose, I’ve just been feeling unmotivated, stuck and uninspired. More than ever before, I needed strength and direction! What I received from this powerful and magical experience today was far greater than anything I ever expected or thought I would receive. God was there. My spirit guides were there. They all worked through Anna to remind me, give me the guidance and reassurance of the things I need to let go of. I received some very specific direction that I need in order to move forward and step into my own power. I not only felt their spiritual presence but their deep love and support for me. I feel so blessed! I have a testimony of this work and of this beautiful practice!!! It can and will help us to navigate through life with more meaning and purpose. All we need to do is show up with an open heart that is ready to receive our truth. If there is anything that you are struggling with in life and you feel that you need guidance and direction from the divine you should book an appointment with her ASAP! Thank you Anna for following your heart and stepping into your power so that you can help all of us step into ours.
