MONDAY CHECK-IN! 🤪

To all my fellow moms, parents, and anyone staring at a to-do list longer than their patience this morning…THIS ONE’S FOR YOU! 🫵🏼🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🙋🏽‍♂️

New week. Fresh start. Same 47 things to juggle. 🤯

But here’s your Monday reminder: You don’t have to have it all figured out, you don’t have to do it all today, and you DEFINITELY don’t have to do it all perfectly!

Take a deep breath, 😮‍💨turn up the music,🎧 find a reason to laugh, 😆and tackle one thing at a time. 📋

A little grace, a little gratitude, and maybe a LOT of coffee! ☕️And of course, your W’s!

WE’VE GOT THIS! 💪🏻

Who’s already feeling the Monday madness? Tell me I’m not alone! 🤷🏻‍♀️👇

This heels class is based off the mantra of being "Fearless, Bold, and Beautiful." Unleash your power in a choreography based heels class that focuses on performance. This dance class will combine technique, lines, grooves, floor work, and the occasional hair whip. Find your inner fierceness and remember, Caitlin is with you every strut of the way.

⚠️New Policy: If there is no one signed up for a class 2 hours prior to the class start time, we will be canceling the class. We want to dance with you, but, we can't anticipate you coming⚠️

If you know, you know… dance moms don’t really have an “off-season.” 💃🏻

The costumes may be put away (for now 😉 ), but I’m already thinking ahead to next season - that’s why I knew I needed Hulken’s Travel Rolling Tote.

It fits WAY more than I thought from shoes and makeup to my portable mirror, steamer, snacks, and everything in between. Bonus! It folds down flat, so storing it between trips is just as easy as traveling with it. 🙌

Now this Type A dance mom is officially ready to roll into next season... and honestly, I think my Hulken and I are scoring a first-place trophy. 🏆
