POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some journeys are measured in miles.

This one was measured in moments.

I boarded a flight to the Philippines chasing places I had only seen on screens—crystal waters, hidden islands, golden sunsets, and roads waiting to be explored.

But somewhere between the flights, ferry rides, shared tables, spontaneous plans, and conversations that started with “Where are you from?”, strangers slowly became friends.

We laughed in languages we barely understood, captured memories we’d never planned, and created a story none of us saw coming.

It’s strange how life works.

The people who were never supposed to be part of your story somehow become the chapters you remember the most.

The trip ended. The photos stayed. The memories stayed longer.

Maybe that’s what traveling is really about—not collecting destinations, but collecting souls that make the world feel a little smaller.

To everyone I met in the Philippines… thank you for reminding me that the best part of every journey isn’t the place.

It’s the people you meet along the way.

Until our paths cross again. 🌏🇵🇭✨

When we opened Arcadia, we hoped a few people might get it. A neon-drenched paean to retro-noire sci-fi, gaming, and music without hipster bar pretension? To our surprise and gratitude, you lovely deviants have made it a family. Thanks for all the wonderful nights now and to come.
