You’ve built a good life… so why does something feel missing?
🎙️ The Stone in My Shoe Podcast
🌿 A space to come back to yourself

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

For years, I thought strength meant carrying everything.

Being responsible.
Being needed.
Being the one who always showed up.

What I didn't realize was that somewhere along the way, I had stopped showing up for myself.

This conversation with Debbie Thompson on The Stone In My Shoe Podcast became an exploration of identity, grief, burnout, authenticity, and one question that changed my life:

Who are you when you no longer have to perform the role everyone expects you to play?

Swipe through the carousel and let me know:

Which reflection resonated with you the most?

What they spoke of wasn’t something they could have planned for.

A nervous system settling.
Resistance softening.
A quiet return to presence.

They shared what it felt like to receive —
from life, from others, from themselves.
To discover that what they thought they wanted
was different from what they truly needed.

They described feeling lighter.
More open.
As if something long held had finally released.

A space to feel.
To cry.
To express.
To create.
To explore what it means to be fully human —
without judgement, without fear.

This is what happens when transformation is held with care, grace, and truth.
When community becomes the container.
And life reveals itself as vibrant, possible, and deeply alive.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign — this is it.
