If you haven’t been able to join me this week in a Yin yoga practice,
Do this at home, create a dark and warm space with supports like bolsters or pillows handy, soft music or silence.

Set a 5min timer and hold each shape, breathe through the discomfort and allow yourself to surrender into your supports.

Create this sacred space for yourself, for healing and self love.
You’re body will be thankful you did 🥰🧘❤️

Little arm series on one 🟡 spring. You could also use a weight in the other hand if you want. And you definitely need to do a little happy dance at the end 😉 #pilates #reformerpilates

~Nourish your Soul ~
Next month’s edition - September

I want to share with you, something that I have been gifted with- Healing Energy ⚡️

Healing has been the corner stone of everything that I do, and I weave it throughout all of my modalities.

So this month I wish to teach you a practice I use almost daily with my clients, and have had some miracles along the way.

I will lovingly guide you through a meditation. Enhanced by the vibrations of sound,

You can listen and learn the skill that I teach, or be IN the energy that is for healing YOU!

A group healing that will be incredible for all.

Here are the details:
5th September
5-7pm

100% putting yourself out there and taking a risk.
What’s the worst that can happen? We let our fears be bigger than our courage and then we are foolish - or we give it a shot and the worst outcome is that we are shown to be foolish?

Either way, who decides what foolishness is? We decide how we think; we decide which emotions we choose to invest in; we decide our dedication and what we want to fill our lives with.

Your health is an investment, not an expense •

Grateful for the fitness and wellness community 💪🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️🤸‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🍀

SoSC 8: Kundalini, Sound Healing and Soul Mission Activation
⁣
A Sunday spent connecting to our life’s purpose. ❤️‍🔥
⁣
@maheer.yoga took us through a powerful session of Kundalini yoga and sound healing to activate our life force. 🐍

It was an incredible practice that then led us into a life-changing Soul Mission exercise with @urjashah15. We explored the lessons and blessings in our lives to find our way back to our purpose. 💫
⁣
A beautiful day of community and connection. 🫶🏾 Huge thank you to everyone who joined us on this journey into ourselves. ⁣
⁣
Thank you @thestudio.perth Joondalup for accommodating us on this very hot day! 🌞

It’s been a while since I posted as have been taking a little mental break from posting on the gram, it has been a bit overwhelming for my head posting lately🫠.

But I did feel like filming today’s little flow. And sorry it’s a long one🫣 some parts are real time, some very sped up and some parts cut shorter so I could try fit all the bits of this flow in. If you make it to the end thanks for staying 🤣

I’m on one ♥️/heavy spring for the whole flow. Starting the flow with Elephant (something I find challenging, hello tight hammys🤪) and plank to pike to help us warm up and build up for the rest of the flow, using similar shapes throughout. I used similar hip extension and flexion that you work in elephant throughout the class and built us up for some challenging abdominal work at the end (which I forgot to film so will do on Sunday 🤦‍♀️)

Okay goodbye for now, will probably post again in 3 weeks time 👋🤪.

This rainy weekend has me reflecting on the last 6 months as we move into the final week of The Summer of Self
Connection 🌞 There have been highs and lows and everything in between – it’s almost felt like an expedition of sorts. 🪂

Enormous amounts of work, time and effort have gone into this program to make it as special as it has been. ✨
A special mention to the team: @alignedwithgrace, @isblmrclo, @tomephotographe and @katecreativex for the endless support through this time and reminding me of my WHY in the moments when I needed it. ❤️‍🔥

Another special mention goes to all the amazing venues, co-facilitators and community members who have been pillars for SoSC, we really couldn’t have done it without you!

✨ 11 Sell Out Events
✨ 19 Tools
✨ 13 Co-facilitators
✨ 9 Venues
✨ 450+ bookings

There’s no doubt it’ll take some time to process how phenomenal this experience has been but for now – I can’t wait to celebrate with you all on Sunday night and bring it back together one last time with such an amazing community. 🥳

See you at the FINAL #SoSC event.
