Casting your hands? Try this! 🔥

The @theswingsource tool is best for hitters who cast, get loopy, or can’t feel what “keep your hands in” means. Train the connection. Improve barrel direction.

You know we had to take it a step further 😂 Got our work in with the Swing Source, then turned on the machine with soft baseballs. Different feel, but we got after it.

The best athletes know how to have fun but they also know how to work.

One of my little guys who has grown a TON as a player. He’s goofy, energetic, and always making us laugh but when it’s time to work, he works.

Have fun WITH the work. Don’t have more fun THAN the work.

Keep stacking days, kid. Proud of you.

A little time in the lab with this dude working on his swing, cleaning up his posture, and getting himself into a better hitting slot.

There’s a lot of talent here, and even more room to grow. Just taking it one rep at a time and building good habits early. Keep putting in the work, kid! #PlayerDevelopment #BaseballTraining

Does the Swing Source really work? 👀⚾️

I put it to the test — and the feedback was honestly really positive. Great tool for working on feel, hand path, and swing mechanics.

One of our favorite hitting tools we’ve tried: @theswingsource the Swing Source Pro. ⚾️🔥

What we like most is the instant feedback. Hitters can feel when they’re getting out of position, make an adjustment, and immediately get another rep.

That’s huge for development because instead of just hearing a coach say, “stay connected” or “clean up your path,” the athlete gets something they can actually feel and correct.

We use a lot of different tools at Launchpad, but the ones we keep coming back to are the ones that help players understand the movement, make an adjustment, and repeat it.

The Swing Source Pro has been one of those for us. ⚾️🚀🔥

Good tools don’t replace coaching. They help the lesson click faster.

Keep it simple. (SAVE/SEND)

Understand your body, understand your swing, to understand how to adjust. Hope this helps. 🤝🏽
