Happy Birthday to this incredible human @mr20pack❤️

Words can’t express how much you mean to me, but I am endlessly grateful and blessed to be a part of your life!

You are one of the most patient, kind, generous, and thoughtful people I’ve ever met and have truly taught me what a healthy, loving relationship actually looks like.

You may only be 39, but you are so wise beyond your years! The way in which you choose to embrace whatever life throws at you is inspiring and incredible!

Seriously, it’s jaw-dropping the 💩 you’ve been through before I came into your life and even after we met our adventures never stopped!

From setting our wedding date 2 weeks after meeting for 2 minutes, to opening a gym, traveling the nation for food, building a nutrition app and now director of sales, all while trudging through quite the 💩. You are the only person I would be excited to and happily do it again with!

Not only is it mind boggling the challenges you’ve faced, but through every challenge you were able to grow, learn, and continue to become an even better version of yourself, inspiring not only to me, but those around you!

One of our favorite philosophies is that experience isn’t measured by how many years you’ve lived, but by how you’ve lived those years.

There’s a lot of people out there who don’t really have 39 years of experience. They have one year of experience repeated 39 times. They spend decades doing the same things, thinking the same thoughts, and living the same routines! (There is NOTHING wrong with that)

Then there are people like you….

The ones who intentionally and continually seek new experiences, embrace challenges, stay curious and NEVER stop learning! The experience you’ve gone through can’t be measured by age and is what makes you wise beyond your years!

That’s what makes you such a 🦄

In honor of George Strait playing in Austin this weekend, here’s what it would look like if George packed up his bags and moved to the rolling hills of Dripping Springs, and you can bet he’d be doing it in style.

Here is the ultimate “King of Country” weekend:

Friday Evening: The Warm-Up
He’d 100% be hitting Hays City Store for the homerun chip plate and live music, capping the night off with a smooth nightcap at Mean Eyed Cat (MEC). Even royalty needs a little dive sometimes.

Saturday Morning: Coffee & Cattle
He’s up with the sun and first in line at Sonder Coffee. He’s got to get back down the road to hang with the longhorns. There’s nothing like a hot coffee and a Hill Country horizon to start the day.

Saturday Mid-Morning: The Taco Run
Coffee out of the way, he’s coming back to central Drip for the local gold standard: Flores Breakfast and Lunch. You know he’s grabbing a stack of breakfast tacos to fuel the rest of his Saturday.

Saturday Evening: Two-Step Saturday
Hudson’s on Mercer Street has “The King” written all over it. He’d be finding a spot on the floor to two-step the night away with some good friends.

Sunday Morning:
George would be at church with the family before hitting The Switch for brunch. If you know, you know, and George would definitely know where the best BBQ and brew is.

🎸 Texas Fun Facts: George Strait Edition
• George was born in Poteet, Texas, and grew up in Pearsall. He’s a Texan through and through.
• The San Marcos Connection: Before he was a superstar, he played at Cheatham Street Warehouse while studying at Texas State.
• A Real Cowboy: He’s an avid team roper and a member of the PRCA. He doesn’t just sing about the life, he lives it.
• The Record Holder: George holds the record for the most Number 1 singles of any artist in any genre, over 60 hits.
• Texas Royalty: In 2011, he was officially named the State Musician of Texas by the State Legislature.

Ready to find your own piece of the Hill Country?

Whether you’re looking for a ranch for your longhorns or a home near the music on Mercer Street, I’m here to help you live like a local.
