🎤🔥 FROM THE DJ BOOTH TO THE KEYNOTE STAGE… Who says you have to choose just ONE lane?! 🎧🎤

From weddings to the big stages, the mission remains the same: CREATE CONNECTION, EMPOWER OTHERS, AND LEAVE EVERY ROOM BETTER THAN WE FOUND IT!

WHO I SPEAK TO:

🎓 YOUTH EMPOWERMENT: Helping students discover their voice, build confidence, and recognize their power to shape the future.

💚 MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCACY: Creating conversations that break down barriers, build community, and remind people they are not alone.

🔥 WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP: Inspiring women and Latinas to lead authentically, own their stories, and make space for others.

❤️ AVANCE MOMS: Empowering mothers to recognize the strength, resilience, and leadership they already carry — with or without a title.

Because leadership isn’t about having the loudest voice in the room. Just like being a DJ isn’t about playing the loudest music. It’s about using your voice, your talent to create change and making sure others have the opportunity to use theirs.

That’s the vision. That’s the mission. And that’s how we B.E.A.T. THE ODDS and REMIX THE ROOM! 🎧🚀

📲 Follow @KICKITSPEAKS for motivational speaking, leadership development, youth empowerment, and behind-the-scenes moments from the keynote stage!

Next week, I’m headed to Racine, Wisconsin, to join Tia Banks for the Mind Over Mountains Girls’ Conference! 🎤✈️

I’ll have the opportunity to pour into these young girls, reminding them that where they start doesn’t have to determine where they finish, and that the life they dream of is worth the effort it takes to pursue it.

As a little girl growing up in Malakoff, Texas, I had dreams that seemed so much bigger than my circumstances. I didn’t know how everything would work out, but I’m so grateful I didn’t let what I couldn’t see keep me from pursuing what was possible.

And now, I get to stand in rooms and encourage others to do the same 🥹
I don’t take that lightly.

Every invitation means something to me because I know the power of one conversation, one encouraging word, and one person who helps you see beyond where you are.

October, you’ve been good to me, and I’m grateful for what’s still ahead 🙌🏽

In 2027, I’m making room for more meaningful work, more connections, and more opportunities to make a difference 🗓️

If you’re looking for an experience that leaves you and your people encouraged, challenged and equipped, let’s connect!
