Did you know that the Disneyland Resort did luggage transfers between the 3 hotels?

All you have to do is bring your luggage (if you have a lot of stuff you can call the bell desk to bring a cart up to help load it) to the bell desk and they’ll take care of the rest! We just let them know which resort we were moving to and when we arrived at our next room, we called the bell desk and they brought it right up!

It was so seamless and made getting to the parks that morning so easy!

Would you consider doing a split stay!?

Hi! I’m Melissa! 👋🏼 As a Disneyland local, mom of two, and Disney Travel Specialist. My job is to help families plan magical vacations! It truly brings so much joy!

If you need help planning a trip to Oogie Boogie Bash, or any Disney vacation, I’d love to help!

Message me and I’ll send you a complimentary quote ✨

This is a special ticketed event, with entry to the party starting at 3:00pm.

During this time, you should familiarize yourself with the map, special food offerings, treat trails, and any other parts of the party you want to experience.

Be sure to grab dinner during this time so you’re not taking up precious time during the event!

Pick your “must-meet” characters BEFORE the party!

You only have five party hours, so trying to meet everyone can eat up the entire night.

Get in line early for the most popular characters. The Sanderson Sisters: Minnie, Daisy and Clarabelle! They are consistently among the longest waits. If they’re a priority, consider lining up before the party officially begins.

I waited until the end of the night, right before the last parade and still got my photo taken with Minnie and Daisy.

Be prepared to get A LOT OF CANDY! 🍫🍬🍭

I brought an extra tote bag from home and it was filled with candy, beef sticks, and other snack options (gold fish, cinnamon cookies, and dried cranberries)

There’s also two new characters this year:

🖤 Yzma
🖤 Maleficent

You can find them near Grizzly River Run

You’re going to want to stop to take cute photos of your costume and just have fun with whoever you’re with!

Tbh, that’s usually the best part ☺️👻💕

This Haunted Highway Cocktail can be found at Cozy Cone Motel 4 - Frozen Cone-coctions. It has a lemon soda flavor and not too strong, but still delish - a 9/10 for me 🍹

Here are some Oogie boogie Bash tips so you can make the most of your Halloween Party 🎃🍬

I will say if seeing the Sanderson sisters or Kingdom Heart Mickey is high on your list I’d get in line for them around 5:30 so you’re towards the front!

Villains grove is a walk through experience that is best at night once it’s dark!

The lines may look long but they’re always moving so don’t let that discourage you!

I am SO blessed to be part of a team and community as incredible as my Magic Mornings crew. 🩵

I was so excited to experience the first day of Halloween at Disneyland with everyone, and I’m even more grateful that I got to make these memories with this group.

What started as a work trip quickly turned into laughs, memories, and time with people I’m genuinely so grateful to call friends. 🥹🎃

I cannot WAIT until the next time we’re all together again! 🫶🏻

A BIG THANK YOU to the amazing team at Best Western Plus Stovall’s Inn for another incredible stay! Your hotel has become such a special part of my Disneyland trips, and I am so grateful for your continued hospitality. ❤️ @stovallshotelsofanaheim

I ate my way around Walt Disney World for a week... and somehow this unexpected resort restaurant ended up serving my favorite meal of the trip.

My first day back at Walt Disney World was a little chaotic.

We spent the afternoon getting absolutely soaked in EPCOT, snacked our way around the end of Festival of the Arts, checked into our hotel, filmed a room tour, grabbed a golf cart, and suddenly realized we had no dinner plan.

Since we were staying up late to pick up a friend from the airport, I started searching the resort for somewhere new to try and stumbled across Wailulu Bar & Grill at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.

The second I saw the menu, I knew I had to order the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl.

And wow.

Fresh, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and somehow even better than I expected. Out of everything I ate during the entire trip, this ended up being my favorite meal.

We also tried the Sticky Pork Ribs, Musubi, and the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Poke Bowl—all excellent. And after talking with other Disney food fans, the Wayfinder Burger seems to have developed a cult following for good reason.

If this menu is any indication, I don’t think you can make a bad choice here.

They take reservations, which I always recommend, but we were able to walk up twice during our trip without a long wait for a spot at the bar or on the patio.

Next Walt Disney World trip, Wailulu Bar & Grill is absolutely getting a return visit.

What’s the one Disney meal you still think about long after you get home?
