POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

For the many who reached out and were unable to make it to Vegas or my panel and curious about what was spoken about (not a dry eye in the house and it was a time of truth, love and healing, fragility and strength) - I will doing succinct posts summarizing my portion over time. 10 years ago I collapsed at my place of work (world renowned pediatric hospital) and was rushed/transferred to a specialized brain hospital. Prognosis was 4 strokes and 9 necessary but dire brain surgeries to keep me alive. I was saved but the naturally occurring stroke damage rendered me nonverbal and in a wheelchair (survival was a mere hope).

These seasons I have worked ceaselessly to regain decades of lifeskills in such a short amount of time. I am one in billions. As such, I have accomplished every single goal -

1. Surviving
2. Swallowing and eating solids
3. Walking.
4. Functioning,
5. Regaining normalcy and independence
6. Driving and conquering further fitness and health,
7. Rejoining a word renowned pediatric hospital advocating for those I am called.
8. Getting Lagree Certified as The World's First Lagree Individual with a Disability
9. Getting all 15 Current Advanced Level 2's and updating as they progress.
10. Speaking on my Lagree and Faith Testimony and drive in Vegas.
11. Preparing to observe and train/audition at local studios (a few soon to be revealed.) Yes I have had extensive training from Intl Senior Master Trainers and Master Trainers but this will enable me to further learn DFW market and instill myself in the Lagree world).
12. Be apart of the inspirational movement and a forerunner of the face of disability as it develops in the worldwide movement of Lagree. One of such instance is a stroke survivor who recently got certified in Jordan @strokesurvivor_rebuilt
13. Much more tba - all of which life changing.

More of my journey to be revealed in a series. I would not be here without my faith and family and a very special shoutout to my Lagree family members who I love so much.

Lagree Summit 2026 Recap✨

Vegas owes me nothing after such an amazing weekend I still can’t wrap my head around. From meeting so many new friends to the energy that filled every room, I am so grateful. See you all in 2028! 🎉

P.S. I left a funny little laugh in the end 🤣

To say my heart is full is an understatement. 💞
Being able to see so many of my trainer babies and owners from around the world and introduce them to each other and squeeze them all....
had me bursting with joy and truly feeling blessed. 🙏
Its an honor and blessing every day that I get to do what I love & mentor, coach, and educate people in this method.. so to learn along side of all of you, get to see all of you IRL, and meet so many new people was UNREAL.
Maybe a tad overstimulating at times .... 😂... but so so so rewarding.
💫
A big thanks to @lagreefitbyheather and the whole HQ crew for putting on another great event! Thank you all for letting me be a part of making the brainchild come to life 🙏 🥰 the speakers- yall were all incredible & I am honored to know each of you. And a huge thank you to @sebastien.lagree, the genius himself, for creating this method and giving us all each other!

Until Next time friends....! 2028, ya ain't ready for us. 😉 also, next Summit I pinky promise to get more photos and not just steal all of yalls from IG. 🤭🫠

BENEFITS OF LAGREE

Continuing this week with focus on @mykarmastudios , coach @thetrishabishop explains the overarching benefit of Lagree, which is this Time Under Tension (TUT).

TUT in the Lagree Method is the total duration your muscles stay continuously engaged under load without rest, momentum, or joint lockout.

It is considered low impact, so it can both be utilized as an introductory into your fitness journey, as well as a supplement to your current regimen!
