This weekend while doing a bit of thrifting, I found a signed copy of The Kitchen Sessions by Chef Charlie Trotter. I believe faith led me to this book because I immediately felt warm inside. It made me think of all of the wonderful meals we were able to create this year for people who needed it.

The incredible partnership with the @thetrotterproject led us to our mission of "No One Goes To Sleep Hungry." Since partnering with the Trotter project we have made over 30,000 meals since the start of the pandemic and continue to push on.

If you can donate today it will help Chefs continue to feed the community, future culinarians, and the struggling hospitality owners pushing through the pandemic.

Yesterday @fight2feed launched the first #LakeCounty mission. Serving 125 hot meals to @roberticommunityhouse. We included 80 pantry bags for the @fillaheart4kids staff with 240 portions of ready made hot meals to show our support and gratitude to the frontline workers for their hard work helping the youths in need.

Thank you to @gusgrillelakebluff for sharing your space to deploy our meals.
