More than 2,000 people filled the streets of Livingston Manor for their 20th annual Trout Parade — arguably one of the Catskills’ most unique community celebrations. With this year’s parade theme being Cirque Du Trout, giant colorful handmade puppets, imaginative costumes, and great community spirit transformed the entire village into a wonderful extravaganza.

What began as a celebration of the region’s world-class fly-fishing heritage has grown into a celebration of the town itself; its rivers, creativity, and the people who call it home.

The crowds didn’t just line the parade route; they filled local shops, restaurants, and businesses throughout the day. Giving a welcome boost to the village economy and supporting the people who make this community special.
A small town with a big trout tradition.
