A little dumpling is on the way! Flashback to our dumpling & dragon themed baby shower celebrating our xiao long bao (a play on two meanings - the “long” sounds like dragon in Chinese) 👶🏻🐲🥟. We partied it it up one last time at our DTLA rooftop! Thanks to everyone for celebrating with us and special thanks to my sister, mom & @mrjonathanlee for helping me plan! Plus @burrrlindrrr’s special milking game 😆 Back at 33 weeks pregnant🤰🏻

…
Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us and also to those who couldn’t make it 🫶 our baby shower was a dream and we couldn’t have done it without all our family and friends by our side. We can’t wait to welcome Baby Chen this September 🎉

Special thanks to our good friend @michellefallphotography for capturing every detail 🙌❤️

Manifesting this concept to life was a dream. From prenatal, mommy + me, music, toddler classes to our Thursday play group to curating my first seasonal Sip, Shop, and Play event at @thefamilyroom has been a home away from home.

I planned this event with our families in mind from the heart of our parents and littles while highlighting our local pop ups and their craft. And, this weekend was hot 🥵 but our families showed up, and our babies and toddlers had so much fun with the soft play from @magicalplayzones while cooling off with our water table! And our parents had the opportunity to enjoy macaroon bites from @thetwistedwhisk while we showered them with samples to full size products from our sponsors:

@shareableboards
@jackandjillkids
@sparkorganics
@araubaby.us
@childlifeessentials
@mooala_koala
@mambaby_usa
@readysetfood
@myserenitykids
@pediagrow
@a2milkusa
@eucerinus
@olyrafoods
@kudostobaby
@buttpastebaby
@hey.milestone
@itswonderbelly

To add an extra spark for our families, our pop up vendors and local businesses had so much to share including @joycetheagent @liiphe.studio @mobileyesnow @threadsbyevyani @nestled_in_time_photography @amy649829 @livingthecleanerlife @ajemdi @sabrinascentsyboutique @thatperfectcandle @lucymintstudio @cairncookies @feminocentricpt !

The best part was honestly just hearing the laughter and feedback from our families on the appreciation for the event, and seeing JJ have a fun-filled afternoon with new and familiar faces!

Thank you everyone for such a wonderful experience and event, and I can’t wait for our Sip, Shop, and Play: Holiday edition!

Follow @jennybean_love for more family friendly events and mommy + me pop up classes! 😘
