Back to school, but make it sensory-friendly, creative, and community-centered.

We were able to give out books, create art, meet new friends, and reconnect with old ones. Most importantly, children of all abilities had space to participate at their own pace, explore, and just be kids.

This is what inclusion looks like: access, creativity, friendship, and community.

Back-to-school season was all about giving back! 🎒✏️🩷

We had the opportunity to provide stitch braids for the kids at The Unique Organization’s Back-to-School Event, and we truly tried our best to service as many children as we could within the time we had.

Even when the event officially ended, we weren’t ready to stop! 😭 We took it outside and continued finishing hairstyles because making sure every child left happy and feeling good was important to us. 🩷

This is something I would LOVE to make an annual tradition! Being able to use my gift to give back to the community and help kids start the school year feeling confident means so much to me. 🎀✨

Thank you to The Unique Organization for trusting me and allowing Prettynpinkextensions to be a part of such a beautiful Back-to-School event. 🩷

Until next year! 🎒✨
