Yesterday, I had the absolute privilege of competing in my first HYROX relay with an incredible team. 🏃‍♀️🔥 And what made it so special wasn’t just crossing that finish line — it was the people beside me who pushed me, encouraged me, believed in me, and reminded me that we are capable of so much more when we do it together.

Thank you to my relay team for showing up, pushing through, cheering each other on, and making a moment I’ll never forget. 🫶🏼

Choose your people wisely. Choose the ones who celebrate your growth, challenge your limits, clap the loudest when you win, and stand beside you when things get hard.

Because life is too short to play small, stay stuck, or waste your energy on the wrong people.

Half way through June and it’s been a crazy ride already. Filmed some new YouTube videos for the next few weeks! Last week of regular classes at the dance studio before we pop into rehearsals and shows this upcoming week. Costume/ show prep. Cute coffee dates.
