Keep your eyes up! Too often we see players hit their return and focus on getting to the kitchen line too quickly. Move assertively forward but no need to be in a rush! Keep your eyes up and focused on the opponent who is about to take the 3rd. If you do this, you absolutely will miss less balls when running in. #pickleball #pickleballtips #pickleballhighlights

Your partner is serving… but what’s YOUR job? In doubles, BOTH players have a job before the point even starts! Here’s what you need to know: 1. Stay behind the baseline! When your partner serves, you must let the return bounce before hitting it. That’s the bounce rule! 2. Get ready for the return! Watch your opponents, keep your paddle ready, and prepare to move. 3. Let your partner handle the third shot when possible. If the return comes to you, communicate and be ready to take it. 4. Move forward together! After the third shot, look for the right opportunity to advance toward the kitchen. Don’t rush in if the ball is still attackable! Remember, the serving team starts at a disadvantage because the return team can reach the kitchen first. Your goal? Work together to get to the kitchen and take control of the point! SAVE this tip and SEND it to your doubles partner! #PickleballTips #PickleballDoubles #PickleballStrategy #PickleballPro #PickleballTraining

The NET CORD has a mind of its own! You can practice your drives, perfect your dinks, and work on your placement… but sometimes the NET decides how the point ends! 🤣 One little touch can turn an ordinary shot into an impossible return! 🎯 PRO TIP: Always stay paddle-ready and expect the unexpected. Even a net cord can be playable although here it was too close to the net and we couldn’t get to it! 😂 Be honest… do you apologize when you win a point off the net cord, or just take the point and smile? 👀👇 #Pickleball #PickleballLife #PickleballHumor #PickleballReels PickleballTips #ProPickleball

Tripped on a tennis ball. Two surgeries. Four titanium rods. Then pickleball. 🩷 Huge thanks to @duprpb for sharing Valerie’s story and our story of starting Serve For Strength. Every Serve for Strength event funds medical research and communities in need. Comment STRENGTH and we’ll send you the stories behind the story.

Watch my feet! The biggest thing you will notice is that I don’t move until my opponent commits to their shot, and when I go, I go forward, not sideways. Here is what I mean… Stay loaded on the balls of your feet, wait for that commitment, then take your first step diagonally forward toward the middle so you can take the ball out of the air early and finish the point. Once you go, keep going! Your partner covers your side. 🩷 #pickleball #pickleballtips

STOP standing right on the kitchen line! 🏓 In doubles, positioning is EVERYTHING! 🔥 Give yourself a little space behind the kitchen line so you have more time to react to fast hands battles. 👟 Stay low, keep your paddle up, and be ready to move forward to attack! 🎯 Don’t get caught standing too close with no room to react. PRO TIP: Start a few inches behind the line, then move in when needed. You can always step forward, but it’s harder to react when the ball is coming right at you! 💬 Do you stand ON the line or slightly BEHIND it? #PickleballTips #PickleballDoubles #KitchenStrategy #ProPickleball #PickleballTraining
