'della Robbia' Swags and 'Shimmery Swags' in the 'dressing room' waiting for flowers.. a single large rose? some yellow dandelions? A gorgeous gardenia? ...Its been a ludic process of topological investigations: each swag vase modelled from a single lump of clay, scaling up just a little from 'festoon'' their protoptype macquette shown in Small Pleasures at gallery LnL in 2024.
Now its over to artist/ curator Sassy Park to work her floristry magic for the Vase and Flower show 2025 at Robyn Gibson Gallery, East Sydney. Opening at 2pm Saturday 29th November. Please come if you are in town.

from the 'Vaserium' - Mothers' day salutations -raffish chysanthemums from the Chaos garden.
1-3.discovered this 1930s relief moulded art deco vase with cavorting bunnies in Bungonia. The meticulously organised shop is like a museum and...
4,5. in one corner was this marvelous Mashman's rustic salt glazed bird bath. Note bunnies on an English vase is where they should be! NOT making havoc as feral creatures in Oz!. (Note: however, could the vase possibly be Australian Huntley ware?)
