100 Women In Heels: Walking with Purpose 💜

Join us on October 28th for 100 Women in Heels, an afternoon dedicated to women’s empowerment and unity. As we celebrate the power of womanhood, we will also be highlighting Domestic Violence Awareness Month, bringing awareness to domestic violence and standing in solidarity with survivors.

We will also have a heel donation box on-site collecting gently used heels to support women’s shelters and help empower women in need.

Don’t miss this opportunity to make an impact. Put on your heels, bring a donation, invite a friend, and stand with survivors. 💜

Mr. Powell dropping gems! - Before you play, what’s going through your mind? 🥁

Tempo. Stick heights. Confidence. Then CLEAR your mind.

Know the tempo marking and feel that pulse internally before you start. Know the heights you’re supposed to play at. Most importantly, approach it with confidence.

After that, stop filling your head with unnecessary thoughts. Trust your preparation and let your training take over.

Hear the tempo. See the heights. Play with confidence.
