I have partner with @urban_circus_international to bring the best coaching in everything aerial 🤸🏽.

We also have plenty of Acro workshops (L-basing, Icarians, Standing Acro, Dance Acro), as well as access to lines 🤸🏽‍♀️👌🏽😍.

Expect 30+ hours of workshops this week.

Plus handstand training, plus yoga, plus flow arts (fire), and moreee

Expect EPIC adventures:

horse back riding, hikes, waterfalls, cliff jumping, ecstatic dance parties, cacao ceremonies, temazcal experience, food taste, drum circles, and moreee!

Body Mastery Retreat was a highlight of our summer. It was very special to share this experience with my man. Diving into embodied connection with self, my partner and a group was very enriching. I made a lot of new friends from this experience too! It was really one where we all got to dive deep together & be in play.

There are so many facets to intimacy and it was beautiful to explore this through movement, dance, Kama Flight, shibari & tea. All the facilitation was on point & the venue was gorgeous.

Dr. Evan Johnson @becomethemedicine did a wonderful job curating this entire experience with the help of many talented community members. @bodymasteryuniversity has another retreat THE FIELD coming up Oct. 20-23rd outside of Austin.

Here is a group of trained professionals and handbalancers showing us what is possible with consistency and dedication. And no, you don’t need to know how to do a handstand to show up to practice, you just have to be willing to try something new and be a beginner. See you in class!
