So much fun at our quarterly Beachbody training event! 💙 We ended the afternoon with a LIVE group workout led by the super trainer who created the program I just finished! @jmethod brought it today! 💦💪🏻

I missed our live events so much over the last year and a half! This community is one of the main reasons I joined and as amazing as Zoom and texting is at keeping us connected and our businesses moving forward, it just isn’t the same as hugging each other’s necks and participating in a live workout together!

My heart is so full! 🥰

Gosh I’ve missed these!!

WE ARE BACK!! What a way to end a Sunday! Plus a great cancer charity was donated too.

When we get together…. There’s this sizzle of energy that is contagious! Working out with a totally Rad trainer. Hearing some amazing motivational speakers and then being one of the last 4 people standing for biggest weight loss.

Seeing faces I haven’t seen in person for 2 years.

This is a local event we do quarterly. Next one in January! Watching gals who came together as a group… I’m determined to take some local gals with me! Let’s team up, wear matching shirts and get our energy and cups filled! Then on to our big event in July!

Curious about what this all is? Drop a 🎀💖 below. I’ll share the deets!

Live events are BACK! 🙌🏻Felt so good to be back at a live Beachbody event with my fellow coaches and friends! 💙 Our quarterly event includes a workout, recognition, celebration, training, and new product/program announcements!

I’ve been a coach for 7.5 years and I wouldn’t trade it for the world! It has brought me joy, fulfilled my purpose, and given me an amazing community!

And the best part of this part-time job… my first priority is to take really good care of myself first!

If you’re looking for a way to earn extra income and help others while helping yourself, reach out to me! I’d love to share my coaching journey story with you!

A good sweat is good for the soul! 💦 So is doing it with friends who hold you accountable! 👏🏻
.
The Coach Summit Super Workout may not have been in the streets of NOLA with 30,000 of our closest friends, but doing it virtually with my coaches was SO MUCH FUN!!
.
These ladies have lifted each other up and have been my rock over the last few months! I can’t imagine not having you ladies in my life!
.
I may have become a coach for the discount, but the COMMUNITY is what lights my fire and keeps the passion alive!
.
Need a safe space to work on yourself while helping others at the same time, let’s chat! Send me a DM and I can tell you how a $150(ish) investment in yourself can change the trajectory of your life (and your family’s)! 🙌🏻

I most certainly do not miss selling Girl Scout cookies but I most certainly do miss spending time with these goofy girls. They most definitely made sales fun.

Sometimes you need the community, and sometimes the community needs you.
.
I’ve been on both sides of that story. Right now I’m in a great place and feel as if I have a lot to give.
.
But just a few years ago, I was in a deep, dark place and if it wasn’t for this community, I don’t know where I’d be right now. They were my prayer warriors, my lifeline, my sanity, and my glimmer of hope.
.
No matter where you are in life, you belong here! Join me in 2020 and let’s crush some goals!
