Quiet on here. Full days everywhere else.

3 training camps. 9 tournaments — 4 in England, 5 abroad. 2 seminar weekends. 11 new Black Belts. A World Champion in the building. And a little girl who changed everything 💖

It was all preparation. On 28 September my team competes at the ITF World Cup — and for the next nine weeks, I’m bringing you with us.

What have you been quietly building this year? 👇🏽

A bit late posting this, but proud to share it.

Gold in patterns at the Warrior Open 🥇🥋 One of the toughest competitions I’ve done, and I’m really happy with this result.

The Warrior Open @thewarrioropen feat. @tkdtekkers and @desilvatkd 🙌 Great tournament, and you know I’ll be back 👀 I’ll add that it’s very important to have a balance between letting a loss sting enough to push you forward, and not dwelling on a loss excessively to the point that you can no longer fairly assess how you did- when at the end of the day, not medaling at a random tournament does not matter in the long run. Every tournament is an opportunity for reps and feedback, repeating on and on leading up to the big goal: For me, World Cup this fall and Worlds next year! So, as usual, on to the next one!
