📸: My favourites on their current Sunday Menu:

🥩: Roasted Sirloin of Beef with red wine gravy.

🐟: Crayfish and Avocado Tart with Bloody Mary mayonnaise.

This is my absolute favourite roast in York! The staff are incredible, the setting is gorgeous and the food always lives up. They have a selection of cakes on your way out, and there is always delicious gluten free options. Plus a big perk for our dog, they do doggy ice cream! 💛

Catch me with a lil sweet treat as soon as it’s cold outside 🍂 It’s basically autumn so it’s acceptable to eat cinny buns every day now, right?

What more d you want .... from your weekend?

☀️Another lovely weekend of walks, sunshine and very windy, the weather - not me🤣

Saturday night we had a lovely meal at The Waterfront, York.

My meal was double beef burger with chilli jam, lettuce and tomatoe. Garlics prawn skewer and truffle fries. So tasty.

🍨Desserts we shared, half the fat you know.
Fresh fruit mess and raspberry crumble tart with custard.

Then it was home and feet up to watch tv, after a short walk of course.

☕️Sunday a good morning walk followed by lots of admin and a shorter walk with a coffee.

A beautiful location doesn’t steal the spotlight—it elevates it.

The right setting adds depth, emotion, and life to every portrait. Creating timeless stories in York, London, and beyond.

📌Save for the weekend or when you’re next heading out for a roast dinner.

📍The Old Greengrocer Cafe in Acomb. Perfect spot for a roast dinner if you’re not wanting to head into the city centre.

📍York Minster Refectory. Gorgeous views of York Minster. Love heading here. Cute for a date night too. @yorkminsterrefectory

📍The Waterfront York Marina. Stunning place with views of the marina. The truffle mash they used to do was to die for! @thewaterfrontym

Next on my list that I wanna visit for a Sunday roast is @theoldliquorstore and @pearlycowyork 😍✨
