a detail with a story of its own.

at ameerah’s arabian nights celebration, the bride’s kosha became a beautiful focal point, framed by the intricate architecture of a traditional swinging seat.

ornamented details, delicate florals and warm candlelight brought the piece to life, while the gentle movement of the swing added something wonderfully unexpected to the setting.

rooted in tradition, styled for the evening, and made especially meaningful as part of the bride’s first celebration.

arabian nights, at home.

to begin ameerah’s wedding celebrations, our london team brought the spirit of an arabian evening into the warmth of the family home.

rich textures, warm candlelight, beautiful florals and thoughtful details came together to create an intimate setting for the first gathering of the week. familiar spaces took on a new character for the evening, with every corner prepared to welcome family and friends as the celebrations began.

there is something especially meaningful about starting a wedding at home—surrounded by the people who have known you longest, in a place filled with memories, before a new chapter begins.

a beautiful first evening for ameerah, and the beginning of everything still to come.

✨A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WEDDING COORDINATOR✨

Step behind the scenes with The Wedding Project as we coordinate a beautiful Arabian Nights themed celebration for Ameera, working alongside the talented @arabesquewedding 🌙✨

From the moment we arrive, it’s all about making sure every detail is organised, every supplier is where they need to be, and everything runs smoothly and in time.

Behind the scenes, we’re checking timelines, coordinating suppliers, managing setup, keeping everything on schedule and solving those unexpected little moments before they ever reach the bride. 🤍

Our biggest priority? Taking away the stress so the bride can relax, enjoy her special day and truly be present in every moment. ✨

Because while the celebration may look effortless…. there’s whole lot happening behind the scenes. 🫶🏽

Thoughtfully Planned. Beautifully Designed. Unforgettable Celebrations
