@nocturnalvalley was a blast 🚀🌙

Big shoutout to @downrightevents, the crew at @mississippi.underground, and all the staff and production folks who came together to make this happen.

I’m not usually a bass / wub wub kind of guy 😂 House is my personal favorite, but DAMN…when you hear this music on an @hsd_soundsystems or @voidacoustics PA, it’s different. 🔊

Not sure what system was at the Astral Stage, but that sounded incredible too. If you know what it was, lemme know in the comments 👇

I’m SO happy I got to hear my boy @restraint_music at the Nocturnal Stage on Saturday afternoon. His set was my favorite of the weekend. If you were there, you know why ✨🕺💃

Playing his track “Skeuomorph” for this post. Definitely check him out.

And shoutout to his partner @modulargeneration for the badass duster in the pics. I was repping that thing all weekend 😎

Mostly just wanted to share some gratitude for this community and all the people who put in the work to create such an incredible weekend at @astral_valley ❤️

Till next time 🚀✨

The more unique of an individual you are, the more you trigger people. The more complex of a personality, the more diverse the ways of behaving, the more the chances you’re gonna trigger someone. Because you just embody a lot more, you don’t fit “normal.”
.
.
That doesn’t make unique individuals better than “normal” people. Normal people are just following a set of cultural acceptable behaviors. What’s normal here is different to normal in another country.
.
.
The triggers happen because those same unique parts are being suppressed in the other individual. They have learned that only certain looks, feelings and ways of behaving are accepted and the rest are wrong. And so when you embody something that they have suppressed, the trigger happens because it reminds that person of that part of them. It wakes up painful emotions inside them that they don’t even remember were there because they have suppressed themselves since a very young age.
.
.
Don’t get mad or look down people who are easily triggered, they’re having a tough time. Just be kind and keep the peace while setting healthy boundaries.
If you can’t, just block and say bye.
.
.
Keep being unique and express yourself @theweebqueen ✨you’re inspiring me ✌️
