Who decided we have to wait until 40 to check in on our bodies? 🤷🏼‍♀️

I went to see Danielle at @thewellnesscoordinator here in Charlotte for thermography, and it was such an interesting look at what’s going on beneath the surface. My spine lit up around my scoliosis and an old skiing injury in my neck, and I learned my armpits could use some lymphatic love.

II love it as a no-radiation way to track changes over time.

Preventative care doesn’t have to wait. 🤍

A morning dedicated to the moms who do it all. 🤍

Still feeling so grateful for Sunday's Back to Routine: A Morning Reset for Moms!

We brought together an incredible group of Charlotte moms for a morning of connection, self-care, and meaningful conversations about raising healthy families while remembering to prioritize our own wellness, too.

From a relaxing sound bath and a little pampering to delicious clean treats and conversations about holistic health, it was such a special reminder of how important it is to slow down, connect, and fill our own cups.

A HUGE thank you to the amazing women and local businesses who helped bring this morning to life!

@myo_movement | Myofunctional Therapy

@casagaiastudio | Sound Bath & Yoga

@rawbitesbyrisa | Clean Treats

@kennakunijo | Head Spa & Self-Care

@allietrox | Charlotte Small Business Community

@thewellnesscoordinator | Thermography & Functional Wellness

@shopserawise | Third-Party Tested Kids' Supplements

@iliabeauty | clean beauty gifting for all of our guests

@boironusa | homeopathic medicine for mamas and our babies

And a very special thank you to @kingsocialmgmt for helping make it all happen!

To every mama who joined us, thank you for spending your Sunday morning with us. We loved connecting with you, sharing knowledge, and creating a space where moms could feel supported, inspired, and cared for.

Here's to more mornings like this!

We’re bursting with pride. 💛

Our very own Danielle Benham, @thewellnesscoordinator has been nominated for the She Means Business LKN Award and if you’ve ever sat with her, you already know why.

She leads with heart.
She is mission-focused.

Danielle would never ask for this kind of spotlight herself. That’s part of what makes her so deserving, and it’s why we’re asking for her.

This is where you come in. 🗳️
To every client she’s helped, every practitioner who’s learned from her, and every person who believes in women building something meaningful: please take 10 seconds to vote (it literally only takes that!)

🌸 Mindful Movement + Breast Health 🌸

Coach @thesaucewithsyd will lead us through a mindful movement flow — yoga, breath, and mobility — followed by a real girl chat on breast health with Danielle @thewellnesscoordinator , CCTT.

Danielle is an inflammation specialist and NC’s only IAMT-certified thermography technician. After her own health scare in 2023, she now uses FDA-approved thermographic imaging to help women see the unseen — catching inflammation patterns early and empowering better choices for daily life.

Her mission: changing the 1 in 8 breast cancer statistic through education, prevention, and empowerment. 💛

📅 Saturday, Oct 17th
⏰ 9–10 AM
📍 Rea Farms Park, Green Lawn

Free class, bring a mat, bring a friend — link in bio to RSVP!

🔦 Practitioner Spotlight: Danielle Frain Benham, CFNC, CCT(Thermographer + Emotion Code Practitioner)

Introducing Danielle! Danielle is North Carolina’s only Certified Clinical Thermography Technician. Together with her Functional Nutrition Counseling and Emotion Code Certifications, she helps clients visually map their inflammation and then find solutions — both physical and emotional — to help bring the body into a more balanced state, which can then be shown in future images. Danielle’s approach involves using the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and she utilizes the Lebowitz Protocol (applied kinesiology) to recommend supplements in her consultations. She works especially well with women navigating breast health challenges or those who have decided not to pursue mammograms as their annual breast imaging.

Interesting in booking a session with Danielle? You can book directly through our website. Link in bio!

This Wednesday! ✨

We’re excited to gather again for another NC Airway Circle evening of conversation, connection, and collaborative learning.

This month, Danielle Frain Benham, CFNC, CCT of The Wellness Coordinator and Kelsey Hight, PT, DPT, COMT of Congruency PT will be joining us to share their perspectives on different pieces of airway and whole-body health — from inflammation and stress to oral restrictions, breathing, pressure management, and patterns of whole-body tension.

One of our favorite parts of Airway Circle is bringing providers from different specialties together to learn from one another and strengthen collaborative care.

📅 Wednesday, September 2
🕡 6:30 PM
📍 Hygge Coworking Conference Room
1026 Jay St, Charlotte, NC

Email info@myo-movement.com to RSVP.

If you’re a provider interested in airway-centered, collaborative care, we’d love to have you join us! Can’t make it in person? A Zoom option will also be available – if you’re not already on our Airway Circle email list, just reach out to request the link.
