Lammas arrived with sunshine, herbs, wonderful company and a gentle reminder that nature is always preparing for the season ahead.

It was such a joy to spend the evening at The Wenlock Witch speaking about herbal energetics, sharing stories of the plants, and celebrating the first harvest together.

Thank you so much to Raven and Jane for such a beautiful, welcoming evening, and to everyone who came along. I left feeling very grateful.

Summer lingers among the beams, held in bundles of grasses, lavender and drying herbs that still seem to carry the warmth of the fields and gardens from which they came. Standing among them, I found myself thinking of all the other things a place can keep: old names, half-remembered beliefs, stories softened by retelling and the memory of waters once sought for healing, hope and answers.

Feeling overwhelmed?
Tired… but still restless?
Getting on with things on the outside, while something inside keeps asking for space.

If that’s you right now, you’re not imagining it.

We don’t keep coming back to a feeling or a message by accident.
Usually it’s because a part of us is asking to be listened to.

As we move into 2026, I’m offering a small number of 1:1 reset sessions for anyone who feels they’re carrying more than they want to take forward.

These are up to 45 minutes, using a gentle blend of Reiki or Sekhem energy and shamanic healing.
Nothing dramatic. Nothing forced.

The aim is simple:
to help your system settle,
to let go of what’s been weighing you down,
and to leave feeling a bit more grounded than when you arrived.

This work isn’t about fixing you.
There’s nothing wrong with you.

It’s about giving yourself a pause…and a bit of support, before stepping into whatever comes next.

Saturday 31st January
The Wenlock Witch, Much Wenlock
Energy exchange: £25
Sessions are limited.

If this feels like something you need, trust that.
You can DM me the word “RESET” to book or to ask a few questions first.

Much love and respect,

Matt
