Last week I had the opportunity to speak on a panel at The WIT Factor Theater Festival for graduating seniors from NYU and early-career professionals, and left feeling so inspired by the energy, vulnerability, and ambition in the room.

As a marriage and family therapist, I love working with emerging adults who are navigating the transition from college into life and work in New York City.

This stage of life can feel exciting, disorienting, empowering, and overwhelming all at once. It can often be a time of balancing identity shifts, career uncertainty, financial stress, relationships, and the pressure to “make it” while also trying to stay connected to yourself.

I’m passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients can process these transition with more self-compassion, resilience, and authenticity. Grateful to have been a part of this conversation with inspiring colleagues working in the Broadway community as we work to support young artists as they build meaningful lives and careers here in NYC.

last night I did the first staged reading of a play I wrote called “The Beautiful Lies of Venice Row” and I could not be more grateful for the opportunity!!
