HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE ONE & ONLY @sarahlivesyoga 🎂

We love you more than words can say! To the one who leads with the biggest heart and always stands up for what’s right. We aren’t us without you. Oh, and did we mention, she’s a really good time!

Tell me you wanna hang out on a Saturday and there’s a good chance I’m turning it into a whole day. 😂 @chelscdenise had a little time.

Spin class followed by a little brunch bar crawl? My kind of balance. 🥂

Marathon training week 2 🏃🏼‍♀️

A little behind on these recaps, but catching you guys up to real time!

This was a HARD week physically and mentally. Multiple days in a row of legs feeling like bricks, tough runs, and a whole lot of prayer. Between training and teaching, I had to remind myself that I can't do this in my own strength.

When you support local, you’re supporting a lot more than just the business. You’re supporting women in college, new instructors starting to find their voice, the woman who just had her first baby, the men out there making fitness a living because of their passion for the work, the person who just moved here looking to find community, the people who show up everyday before the sun is up to make this space what it is, young men and women finding their way in the world and so much more.

So whether it is us, another studio, your favorite local shops and restaurants, think about what you’re really supporting when you support small. It’s so much more.

Thank you from all 80+ of us from
The Works and The Works Cycle ♥️

It’s October and it’s my birthday month! My greatest gifts are my people. My kids, my family, my friends, my team and all of you! This month I wanted to gift all of you with a class on me. Use the code: BIRTHDAY to redeem a free class at both cycle and sweat/renew. Spread the love and bring your friends! This gift is for current clients, new friends and those of you we haven’t seen in a while. Thank you for showing up so big for us and for keeping the dream alive.
