Meditation Class 🧘‍♀️📿🌸
Monday 6th July 2026

‘Ocean Flow’
Join us for an hour of deep relaxation, away from the rush of life so you can truly rest.

This class combines:
🌸Breathwork to flow and to calm the parasympathetic nervous system.
🌸Aromatherapy to bring the scent of the ocean and to send calmness to the olfactory system. When inhaled, the scent molecules in essential oils travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain and especially impact the amygdala, the emotional center of the brain.
🌸A Guided Meditation to bring deep relaxation.
🌸Reiki as you lay in comfort which will enhance your body’s own natural healing process.
🌸Oracle Cards if you feel you need some guidance.

Class times:
6pm - places available
7.30pm - fully booked
£12.50pp
At The Workshop & Loft, King Street, Mirfield. @theworkshopandloft_mirfield @theworkshopandloft
Message direct to book your space. Payment is by direct transfer.

Leave this session lighter, clearer and fully rested.

The becoming

Shoot 3/4 -This shoot explores Pamela Anderson not as an icon trapped inside a manufactured image, but as a woman becoming fully herself. It’s about the shift from being viewed as a constructed model—to reclaiming her true identity

Rogue Blonde 🖤

2/4-This piece explores Pamela Anderson in her rockstar era—bold, rebellious, ultra-glam, and iconic. Looking at how beauty ideals weren’t just about appearance, but attitude, performance, and cultural energy.

Real Wedding Timelines Part II

It has been so fun digging back through past weddings and reminding myself of the amazing way my clients make their wedding days work around their wants and needs instead of bending themselves in ways that don’t serve them.

When I tell you I have SO many more to share, I mean it. So if ya like this one, hit save, hit share, hit follow and part three will be delivered.

I wanna hear about your timelines! What did you do that veers away from ‘the norm?’ What worked? What didn’t work? Tell me everythiiiiiing…
