Chris Wright: Leading Beyond the Game 🏀✨

Chris Wright’s journey is a story of resilience, leadership, and impact. As an entrepreneur, community leader, and philanthropist, Chris has transitioned from professional basketball to creating opportunities that empower individuals and transform communities.

🏆 Entrepreneurial Leader: Chris’s vision led to the purchase of 32 acres in Trotwood, OH, where he is developing Flyghtwood—a state-of-the-art sports, life, and leadership campus. Flyghtwood includes the U1 Flyght Dome, providing athletes and youth with a space to train, grow, and develop leadership skills to excel both on and off the court.

🤝 Community Leader: Staying deeply connected to his roots in the Miami Valley, Chris empowers youth, families, and educators through programs focused on growth, opportunity, and community development. His commitment to building stronger communities is at the heart of his work.

💙 Philanthropic Leader: Through The Wright Way Foundation, Chris uses sports as a tool to teach teamwork, life skills, and discipline—equipping young people with the tools they need to thrive in school, their careers, and life.

Chris Wright’s legacy goes far beyond basketball. From creating opportunities at Flyghtwood to inspiring change through philanthropy, his work exemplifies purpose, leadership, and service.
