Biohacking conference recap:

🧬 had an amazing time running into new friends, old friends, and meeting internet friends IRL

🧬 there is definitely quite a bit of a focus on biohacking tech, which has its place, however I fear we are moving too far away from ancestral wisdom (and all the great FREE biohacks)

🧬everybody loves mushroom powered mindful energy from @odysseyelixir — especially dragonfruit lemonade 🍋. You’d be surprised how many of these biohackers are still consuming sucralose and aspertame🫣😵

🧬 I ended up getting really sick from a PEMF tech and had to leave the conference early. Def going to listen to my gut next time on whether I should experiment and try new things. Just because ppl I trust hype something up doesn’t mean it’s good for ME.

🧬launching a telemedicine clinic that focuses on anti-aging medicine has been absolutely the right move & helps us stay on the cutting edge. 💪🏻 We can offer people treatments that have been scientifically proven to work (I.e peptide therapy and TRT) to help them feel better and fast with medication shipped right to their door. @nrg.clinic

🧬the conference had a great turnout. But for a $2k ticket price, I hope that “biohacking” doesn’t become about money, sales, sponsors, and separating the rich from the poor. @thebiohackher had a good recap video on her YT that explains more of what I’m talking about here. It’s not about who has the most money to spend on the latest gadgets- it should be about FEELING GREAT and living many years healthy. 💪🏻

In conclusion: you could get all the best gadgets and fancy tests done, try all the expensive therapies and modalities… but imo, playing Pickleball is my best biohack of 2023. I’ll explain why in another post. 🤍
