🚨 Due to tomorrow's current weather forecast, this live performance at @theyardphilly has been postponed to FRIDAY, OCT 2nd at 7PM! Look out for updates from us and RSVP at scribe.org/nphf.

Gerald Veasely and Lovett Hines present an exciting evening of live music, featuring the CORE All-Stars led by Mervin Toussaint, and the Hines Generation to Generation Legacy Septet performing at the outdoor venue next to Coltrane’s historic home near 33rd and Oxford Streets.

While this event has been moved to next week, the festival is still ON! Check out the full schedule of programming at scribe.org/nphf.

John Coltrane’s legacy continues to inspire generations, and I’m proud to celebrate the launch of Coltrane 100—a citywide tribute marking what would have been his 100th birthday.

Over the next year, Philadelphia will honor his impact through concerts, neighborhood events, educational programs, exhibitions, and more. I encourage everyone to take part and experience the music, history, and culture that continue to shape our city.
