I'm incredibly excited to announce that I'm working with @theyardsalina to offer a Speed and Agility program this summer!

This program is designed to build fast, agile, and explosive ATHLETES, not just baseball and softball players.

If your athlete is a step slow, lacks power, and has the turning ability of an cruise ship then they need to be here!
