exactly where i'm supposed to be 💖

thank you to @theybbnetwork for trusting me give all these strong beautiful women a wolf afterglow "sweet glow flow" sculpt session for the celebration of their pilates & praise: anniversary! it is truly a privilege to be trusted in this way and it is not to be taken lightly.

i created the sweet glow flow sculpt to be much more than just a pilates session, but a space to step away from whatever's been weighing on you. any doubts, fears or noise, simply just meet yourself where you are. 💖
ever since i've become an instructor, it's had a lot of similarities of the same feeling i get when i create music as an artist. it's holding a mirror up to yourself and seeing that the strength you're searching for has always been within you. to remind yourself to speak kindly to yourself while you create and in this case, create a version of you that's completely deserving of love.

the sculpt can feel a little spicy, but that's what makes the ending so sweet. you don't just leave feeling stronger physically, you leave carrying all the positive affirmations you have yourself throughout the session and an afterglow. that's the gift that keeps on giving!

thank you ladies, for your focus, your willingness and openness! ✨

I didn’t expect to get so emotional at this event… but I did.

Pilates & Praise: The Anniversary stretched me in more ways than one. There were moments I was stressed, overthinking, wondering if everything would come together the way I saw it in my head.

But God…
He showed up in every detail.
In every conversation.
In every girl that walked through the door.

Watching women worship, open up, exchange numbers, laugh, and just be… it honestly overwhelmed me.

Because this isn’t just an event. It’s a space God is building.
A space for women in LA to grow, to be poured into, and to encounter Him. And even when it’s hard, doing everything behind the scenes. He keeps reminding me why this matters.

Proverbs 27:17 isn’t just something we read. It’s something we’re living.

A year of TheYBBNetwork but this is truly only just beginning 💗
