The first @contentandcowork was one for the books 📓

We connected, we worked, we learned, we laughed, we ate, we caffeinated & we can’t wait for the next one ✔️

Thank you to every single guest for attending and playing full out!

Thank you to my favorite sponsors:
@moxyshortnorth - the perfect space, with the friendliest staff
@rellasocial for the matcha/coffee & the best demo of my favorite social media project management tool

My co host: @alexisrwoody
Thank you for connecting, and being on board to curate this space together for our founders, creatives & entrepreneurs

My media team that had the easiest YES to capture this event with their special eye 📸🤳🏼
Thank you both so much.

#Overthinking is real

As a #therapist and #contentstrategist I’m here to tell you that everything does not need to be overthought 🤔

Sometimes you just have to pay the price, get in the room, connect with people and be your authentic self 🥹

Who cares if it’s not all figured out; you’ll be figuring life out as long as you keep living 🥰

Tip of the day: Stop making life harder than what it needs to be.

Big thanks to @contentandcowork @itsalyssakenner @rellasocial @moxyshortnorth This was a dope experience, looking forward to next time!!!

This experience had me ready to walk down the aisle all over again🥹💜

If you’re a 2026 or 2027 bride and still looking for your hairstylist, I might’ve just found your girl. From the moment I sat in @theycallhercjay chair at @malasonsalon , to the final look, everything felt so intentional, calm, and honestly… exactly how a bride should feel on her day.

And when I say the final look?? You already saw… she did her thing.

Brides, don’t wait until the last minute to lock in someone who understands your vision and makes you feel confident. This is one of those decisions you’ll be so glad you made.

Save this for later and send it to a bride who still needs her hairstylist 🤍

Are you making these retirement mistakes? As beauty professionals, we’re always focused on making our clients look and feel amazing—but what about our own financial future? 💼✨ Let’s be real—saving for the future isn’t always top of mind when you’re hustling in the beauty world. But NO ONE wants to work forever, avoiding these 4 mistakes could save your future self BIG time.

Here are the top mistakes I see beauty pros make with their savings/retirement and how YOU can avoid them:

1️⃣ Waiting too long to start: Even the smallest contributions can grow into something huge over time! Don’t wait for “someday”—start today.

2️⃣ Not automating savings: Life gets busy! Without automatic transfers, saving gets pushed aside. Pay yourself first, Automate that bag! 💰

3️⃣ Relying only on Social Security: Spoiler alert—it’s NOT going to be enough. You deserve more than just scraping by in retirement. Build More!

4️⃣ Skipping an emergency fund: Dipping into retirement too soon can set you back for YEARS. Protect yourself!

💡 Tag a beauty pro who NEEDS to see this, and save this post so you don’t forget! Ready to level up your finances? Need retirement help? DM me & Follow me for more tips like this! 💕
