🥊 From the boxing ring to the night shift. 🥊

Ronald Cruz didn’t take the typical path to the ring—25 Muay Thai fights first, then Hall of Famer Virgil Hill changed everything. One amateur boxing match later, Ron turned pro and never looked back. Former WBC Latino Welter Champ. Now sitting at 19-4, this North Hollywood native brings that hybrid power every time he steps through the ropes.

But here’s what makes Ron different: by day he’s saving lives as a nurse. By night he’s under the stars backpacking through the wilderness. In the ring? He’s a problem.

The duality. The discipline. That’s the fighter.

BIG WIN IN ECUADOR 🥊🇺🇦🇪🇨

AND NEW! On August 8 in Manta, Ecuador, I put on a show and captured the WBO International Welterweight Title! 🏆

What a fight. What a night. The atmosphere in Manta was electric, and the support from the fans was incredible from the opening bell to the final moment.

Massive respect and gratitude to my family, my team, and my sponsors for holding it down with me on this journey. We’re just getting started—on to the next big stage! 🥊🔥

Some people journal. Some people meditate.

I put on gloves and let my problems catch a combination. 😂🥊

Adult life comes with pressure. Find a healthy way to release it before it comes out on people who don’t deserve it.

What’s your version of stress relief?
