This was a 20min “You go, I go” style partner workout

You always push yourself harder when there’s someone relying on you to finish your round of work compared to when you’re by yourself.

In my humble opinion, fitness is always best when it’s experienced like a team sport

Y’all were fantastic in this workout! Keep putting in that work! 💪🔥

Performing at @mdndance & @dianaosorionieves amazing event this past weekend (@mdnisc ) was truly a dream come true.

Marcus and Diana, I don’t believe you truly understand the impact that you have had on my life. You guys serve as an inspiration and mentor for so many people, including myself, and I will forever be grateful for the opportunities and doors that you helped open since I was about 15 years old!

Mambo Army Pro, man am I proud of you guys!

Was our performance “Perfect” - no, but that doesn’t mean that I’m not extremely proud to show the world what WE CAN DO‼️ It takes countless hours of rehearsals, literal blood sweat and tears, and I couldn’t imagine debuting a new routine with anyone else next to me on stage. You guys inspire me to work harder, dream bigger, and reach for the stars… and for that I am forever grateful.

Forever Mambo Army Strong ❤️
