Chi-lates (Chee-law-tees) turns ONE! 🎂

One year ago, Joellene and I started a first-of-its-kind fusion of Qigong + Tai-chi + Pilates. Learning from each other has been such a gift, and watching our students thrive… wow.

To celebrate, we’re gifting you a buddy pass: Grab a 4-class pass and bring a friend for free, one time.

Let’s move together this cozy season. 💚

Awesome weekend in Washington at @theyogaridgestudio! 🧡💙

Thank you for having me out for your Membership Weekend. The Integrated Hatha Workshop and 26+2 Workshop were both incredible successes. It’s so much fun to work with a crew that is this receptive, curious, and hungry to learn (and laugh). Yoga is joy!!! 😍

Until next time!

P.S. My next workshop weekend is in Santa Fe, New Mexico! September 11–13 at @dirtylaundryhotyoga. Don’t miss it!! 🔥

Chi & Tea was such a beautiful experience last Saturday at @theyogaridgestudio ✨

We practiced Chi-lates (chee-lawtees) a Qigong, TaiChi, Pilates fusion, nourished our bodies with delicious food and handcrafted tea, created friendship bundles, connected with one another, and relaxed into a healing sound experience.

Two hours well spent with wonderful people and meaningful connection. 💛

Join Joellene and me next time—we can’t wait to share another special gathering with you. Stay tuned for our next connection event! 🌿☕️✨
