Cali is officially in her “I need to touch, grab, look at, and explore EVERYTHING” era 😂 and the 5-in-1 Triangle Mirror from MEKA Play has been such a fun addition to her play space.

I love finding toys that aren’t just cute, but actually encourage her curiosity, movement, sensory exploration, and independent play as she grows. 🥹 Watching her discover that little baby in the mirror might be my favorite part. 😂🤍

And can we talk about how pretty it is?! A baby item that can stay out in the playroom without ruining the aesthetic is always a win for me. 🙌🏽

Thank you @meka.play ! 🤍 We’re so excited to keep finding new ways to play with it as she gets bigger.

Happy 2nd Anniversary to my forever person. I love you so much and I pray for continued love, respect, support, encouragement, laughter, peace, calmness, happiness, & faith over us. The greatest gift is the life and family we’ve built together. May God continue to bless our marriage forever & ever, amen.

Not all “wood-look” floors are created equal… and choosing the wrong one can cost you 💰

Here’s the real breakdown we use on our investment projects:

Laminate
Looks good, but hates water
Cheap upfront, expensive mistakes later

Vinyl (sheet or basic plank)
Budget-friendly, but doesn’t always give that luxury feel

LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank)
Waterproof, durable, and gives you that clean, modern, high-end look
This is our go-to for flips and rentals every time

When you’re renovating, it’s not just about what looks good
It’s about what lasts, what sells, and what gives you the best return

Sometimes the best upgrades aren’t planned… they’re uncovered 👀

We started removing outdated laminate in this investment property and found original hardwood floors hiding underneath

Not perfect, not polished, but full of potential

This is the part of real estate people don’t always see
The risk, the surprises, and the opportunity to create something even better than expected

Now the question is…
Restore the character or go with a clean, modern LVP look? 🤔

Either way, we’re turning this into a high-end, high-return space

Follow along as we bring this one back to life!
