One thing my dad always taught me was “eyes before mouth” — before you ask for help, look, learn & at least try first. 🤍

I’ll never be the woman who says “I don’t need a man,” because I truly believe men need women & women need men…..We were never meant to do everything alone.

But until God sends me my husband, Im grateful for this season of learning how to handle things on my own, becoming more capable & taking care of what God has already placed in my hands. 🙏🏾♥️

“TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE WITH AN ATHLETE” 🏈🏋🏽‍♂️

This week I stepped outside of my normal style of training and let entrepreneur, marketer, trainer, promoter, influencer, and all-around hustler @taymitch_ put me through a workout.💪🏽🙌🏾

And let’s just say…

Athletes really don’t believe in breaks. 😂💀

Between sets we talked about training, recovery, peptides, nutrition, sleep, and what it takes to perform at a high level when you’re balancing a million things at once.

One thing that impressed me most wasn’t the workout…

It was his ability to maneuver and stay disciplined while wearing so many different hats.
