Flying to the other side of the world with my toddler and partner to represent Sweden in the ISA World Longboard Championships was definitely an experience to remember✨

The best of this trip was to get to know some really nice people, live in the best house with the Swedish, Danish and Norwegian team, surf together and make new friends. Family time was lovely in the tropics and I couldn’t have wished to go without them.

Thanks for the support @paulabeachwear, and for collecting an awesome team and making this possible @swedishsurf. Such a great event and venue @isasurfing!!

Looking forward for future surf adventures, but for now most of all; to come home and surf in the Baltic🌊

“Hun kan gå hele vejen til finalen", sådan lød det fra kommentatorerne, efter at Thilde i sit første opsamlingsheat, surfede sig til det der skulle vise sig at blive VMs næsthøjeste score blandt samtlige kvinder fra de 37 deltagende nationer.

"Det er selvfølgelig surt at slutte på den måde, når man føler, man er i flow. Men jeg er virkelig stolt af, at jeg ikke gav op efter første runde. Jeg kæmpede mig tilbage, heat for heat, og viste, at jeg kan være med helt i toppen. Det tager jeg med mig", siger Thilde Sofie Rasmussen.

I had my last heat today after one win🥇and one loose. Got a bit smashed by a big set and lost a lot of time, so unfortunately I only caught one wave in the end which was not enough to continue the comp. But I’m more than happy with winning one heat, which definitely was over my expectations for my first ever World Championship!

Thanks for all the cheering and support from back home. It means a lot knowing that there is people behind my back supporting me and team Sweden! 💙💛

The rest of these days gonna be filled with free surf and fun with the team and my best supporters @tibbetob and baby Eli ❤️

Competing is super fun and challenging, in a good way I think. Free surfing is even better. And the combination is the best ✨

Just surfing makes me so happy and I hope to continue with that forever.
