When I say things to my kids & step away to reflect upon wisdom I imparted, I realize how ridiculous it sounded coming out of my mouth. #ThingsINowSay

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Midland Liberty Leadership Council’s Morning Policy Meetup yesterday. We loved seeing so many familiar and new faces ready to dig into the issues that matter most to our community.

A huge thank you to our special guests — Senator Kevin Sparks, City Councilwoman Amy Stretcher Burkes, Midland County Commissioner Steven Villela, and District Attorney Glenn Harwood — for taking the time to engage with us and share their insights.

Whether today sparked a new idea, a new connection, or a new sense of purpose, we hope you’ll keep that momentum going. There are so many ways to stay involved — join the LLC, bring a friend to our next event, build relationships with your elected officials, or make plans to attend Texas Policy Summit. There’s a lane for everyone.

Stay tuned for more events, more conversations, and more opportunities to turn ideas into action. We’re just getting started. 💬🤝

Happy Tuesday, PATS! Keith ('08, '10) and Becky ('08) Uhles met at DBU and were married in 2010. They live in Midland, Texas with their four children, Kallie (7), Neill (5), Andie (2.5), and Toby (8 months). Becky stays at home with their four little ones and is a piano teacher. Keith is a Reservoir Engineer at CrownRock Minerals, which he helped start in 2015. Prior to their move to Midland, Keith worked for FC Dallas for six seasons in sales and service. Thankful to have you both as proud DBU Alumni!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

✨LLC Member Spotlight✨with Keith Uhles
➡️Chapter: Midland
➡️Why did you join the LLC? Joining the LLC was a great way to learn how policy in the state of Texas impacts my life as well as provide understanding of how I can advocate for change. One of my favorite benefits is the inclusion and invitation to larger TPPF events where I can interact with those who have been involved in the fight for freedom for many years and be encouraged by their commitment. ➡️What’s your spirit animal? Border Collie because I love being active, running around, and playing, and I have 4 kids so I am always herding. 📸Follow Keith on Instagram @thingsinowsay
