A little Halloween fun for a wonderful cause! 🎃🐮❤️ Today, both Chick-fil-A Mile of Cars and Chick-fil-A Chula Vista West had the joy of being part of the Halloween celebration at the @cvacf ! Our Big Cow and Mini Cow had so much fun meeting families, sharing smiles, and being part of a day filled with love for animals. A heartfelt thank-you to Viviana and her incredible team for the compassion, dedication, and care they give to animals every day. Thank you to the staff, volunteers, and all the families who brought their little ones out to celebrate with us. Events like these remind us how special it is when a community comes together for a meaningful cause. ❤️ A huge shout-out to @subaru.dalton for covering adoption fees throughout October and sending home special goodies with the families who adopted today! Your generosity is helping make a difference and giving more animals the chance to find their loving forever homes. 🐾 We’re grateful to be part of a community that cares so deeply. Thank you for letting us share in such a special day! From our Chick-fil-A family to yours, we’re cheering on every animal waiting for a place to call home. ❤️🐾 #chickfila #chulavista #adoption #subaru #southbay

🔥 Wildfire Prevention Starts at Home. This summer, Chula Vista Fire Department crews worked to reduce wildfire risk along Rice Canyon, treating approximately 17 acres of vegetation in a designated high-fire-hazard zone. While these efforts help protect our neighborhoods, wildfire preparedness is a shared responsibility. Homeowners can make a meaningful difference by maintaining their yards and creating defensible space around their homes. 🏡 You can help protect your home and neighborhood by: 🔥 Removing dead vegetation, dry brush, and fallen leaves. 🔥 Keeping weeds and grasses trimmed. 🔥 Clearing combustible debris away from your home and fences. 🔥 Maintaining defensible space around structures. Our crews are working to reduce wildfire risk throughout the community. Doing your part at home helps strengthen those efforts and protect the people and places we call home. Fire safety starts with all of us. Are you prepared? #ChulaVistaFD #WildfirePrevention #FireSafe #ReadyChulaVista #CommunitySafety
