We’re the people you want in the room.
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
We worked with @thinkcompany to transform their brand presence into something that actually feels like them. Less about what they do, more about who they are: the people, the ideas, and the way they show up in a room. Think has never been defined by a list of services. They’re defined by how they think, and the brand finally reflects that. The graphic designer in me loved this part of @thinkcompany’s brand refresh process: the logo glow-up. This was tricky. We went back and forth on how far to push it... rethink the whole mark from scratch, or just tweak the details? @deeostudio helped us explore this, and what we landed on keeps the equity we’d built but gives us a great new font and a set of alternate marks that let the identity flex in fun new ways. I love it. What do you think?

“When you’re surrounded by people who are great, it just makes you wanna be great, you know? And I think that’s the bread and butter of Think Company.” Yep, I feel the same way, Chris. 💙

Another successful career trek this semester! IPD students visited @thinkcompany for an inside look at how multidisciplinary teams bring user-centered digital experiences to life;from research and strategy to design and implementation. The day included an office tour, lunch, and breakout sessions in product management and product design, giving students a deeper understanding of how each discipline contributes to impactful work. Huge thank you to Melanie Mauller, Jillian Pearlman-Mehalick, Aimee Goldstein, Dhiraj Sapkal, and Mary Herman for sharing your insights, and to Maansi Manchanda and Cecilia Wang from the IPD career team for organizing!

Our 2026 Mentorship Program was officially kicked off with a special gathering at the @thinkcompany office. Bringing mentors and mentees together in the same room was a great reminder of why this program exists — to help people feel supported, ask honest questions, and grow with a little more clarity and confidence, all in a space open to learning and growth. We'd like to give a big thank you to everyone who came ready to listen, share, and learn from one another. This mentorship program is part of AIGA Philadelphia’s ongoing effort to support designers at every stage of their careers — creating space for guidance, connection, and growth when it matters most. If you would like to help support our mentorship program or other community initiatives, visit our website for more information on how to get involved. #aigaphillymentorship

Do you have a fascinating business idea in mind, but lack the means to put it in practice? Meet Minnet Company, a startup born from the HELSEED programme, helping people with memory disorders and their caregivers with an innovative app. 🧠💡 Iris Tiensuu and Ella Tiusanen, students of medicine, turned their idea into reality with HELSEED's support. Their app helps the elderly people with daily tasks, providing peace of mind to families. 💙 💬 "We’ve been wondering why we didn’t do this earlier. The ultimate boost came in May 2024, when the university invested €30,000 into their business. 💬 “We wouldn’t necessarily be at this point if we hadn’t joined in,” Tiensuu says. 🚀 Now you have the possibility to get Involved! Join the HELSEED workshops this spring and turn your ideas into reality. Whether you have a fully-formed plan or just a kernel of an idea, HELSEED can help you get started.
