Feed me 🌮’s and tell me I’m pretty. 🤩 Tuesday talks. 🧠 Vitality is that energy, strength, and enthusiasm that make life active, purposeful, and fully lived. Movement. Build with purpose. Standing still? Not our style. Bring it to life. Own your story with courage, conviction, and LIVE it your own damn way. Small WINS. “I’m convinced that the key to overcoming anything is to shrink the time horizon. Just focus on the next hour. Do one thing that moves you forward. One closed loop. One workout. One hard conversation. Whatever. Do that. Then do it again. Momentum is a byproduct of movement.” ☀️ @sahilbloom #simple #brandjourney #inspiration #nationaltacoday #thenextbigthing

Excited to share one of the first three commercial projects I’ve had the opportunity to shoot! Campus Quilt takes meaningful T-shirts from different seasons of life and transforms them into custom quilts: giving graduations, teams, events, loved ones, and unforgettable memories a new way to live on. This project was a great opportunity to tell the story of a unique business while continuing to expand the commercial side of my media portfolio. I’m excited about where this part of the journey is heading and grateful for every opportunity to create work that helps a brand’s purpose connect with people. A big thank you to Michael Sanders and Think Emotion for the opportunity to collaborate and bring this project across the finish line. Be sure to follow and check out Campus Quilt at campusquilt.com to see how your favorite T-shirts can become something you’ll hold onto for years. #CampusQuilt #CommercialVideography #BrandStorytelling #VideoProduction #ContentCreator LouisvilleVideographer CreativeCollaboration SmallBusinessStorytelling

Hits different. ✨🎆 2026 in full swing and … Building momentum for those opportunities that have yet to happen. I’m waiting for more. You are too! “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. Isaiah 60:1 I loved this from an exercise in ✨ Daily Uplift. God is saying to you today: Look back and remember the moments when I made a way for you when the solution arrived out of nowhere, when the timing was too precise to be coincidence, when the door opened exactly when you needed it. Think about the times I protected you, redirected you, provided for you, and worked things out in ways you didn’t expect. Don’t let your mind settle on the problem; settle it on Me. What you dwell on shapes what grows in your life. Fix your thoughts on My goodness, My promises, and My faithfulness. What I’m preparing for you is greater, richer, and more meaningful than anything you’ve experienced before. I will answer your prayers, and I will do it in a way that reveals My hand in every detail. #worksmart Spreading the awareness. 🙏 Do something kind for someone today. Even a smile can make even the darkest days much brighter. ☀️ On another note: Rare Disease Day is close! How do we get through hard things? By doing them. 23 years. An undiagnosed odyssey. Delayed diagnosis carries lifelong consequences. Rare disease extends beyond the patient; shaping families, workforce participation, and healthcare systems. Next month we celebrate with other families across the globe. 🌎 During Rare Disease Month, conditions like Homocystinuria (HCU) and Loeys-Dietz syndrome underscore a simple truth: early identification and newborn screening can fundamentally change outcomes. This February marks our 11-year anniversary of a milestone grounded in resilience, advocacy, and the responsibility to ensure answers come sooner, not decades later. Together we are strong. #RareDiseaseMonth #geneticsmatter #HealthcareLeadership

This question is one I ask in every interview, no matter who I’m talking to: “Are you on a journey of any sort?” It’s one of those questions that helps me dig deep into who I am sitting across the table from and learn something new, whether about them or about life. Usually both! At the 35:40 mark in my conversation with Bobby, he shares something deep and shares about his current journey. In case you missed it, the full interview link is in my bio! I was nervous during this first interview (it definitely shows, especially in the first few minutes 😅...). Since this was filmed in September, I’ve found my rhythm and my favorite part which is hearing people open up about where they are in life. So now I’ll ask you: What journey are you on? Feel free to share in the comments!

A sneak peek into the origin story of @louisvillegeek with Co-Founder, Bobby Bailey 🎥 When I first met Bobby, I expected a brilliant tech mind, but I didn’t expect him to be this funny or this fashionable. (We definitely get into both in the extended interview.) Watching this clip might spark some nostalgia…remember the early computer days? Because I, for one, owe my family’s desktop an apology for all the LimeWire “mixtapes” that definitely weren’t virus-free. 😅 .
