Did you know that the soleus muscle works the most while you run? Strengthening it might be the key to your success! Try this move out!

✅ Hold for 30-45 seconds, repeat 3-5x per leg
✅ Keep the heel elevated from the surface
✅ Feel the tension in your lower calf

If you don’t have a BOSU ball, you can try it without or fold up a towel to create a somewhat unstable surface.

The past few days showed me that I should always bet on myself and never second guess what’s meant for me. It’s scary stepping into unknown territory but how would you ever find out if you don’t take that flight? I just want to thank every single person who came and supported in any form. November 3, 2010 I moved out of New York. November 28, 2021 I move back to NY BING BONG!! Definitely been a wild experience.
