The New Third Place | Day trip to Waterton ⛰️💦

For our debut reel of the new @thirdplc.ca , I brought one of my friend along for a little road trip to Waterton.

The idea behind this new version of Third Place is simple: scout new places, discover hidden gems outside Calgary, and bring our creative community along for the journey.

Okay, we know Waterton isn’t exactly a hidden gem anymore 😂 but it was our first time there together.

See you at the next Third Place

This is just a little recap of everything that has happened to me over the past eight months.

There are only four months left in the year, let's make them count.

Oh and the reason why I'm posting this is because @thirdplc.ca is about to become active again, this time we're taking the adventure outside. :)

‼️PS: We still looking for one female creative who’s down to join the road trip this october. DM me for more details!

So yeah that's it for now. If you watched till the end. I appreciate you :)

Not me romanticizing hypothermia for this Calgary event…and I’d do it again 🤩

I finally experienced @prml_social here in Calgary and WOW. This might be one of the best wellness escapes in the city. From the adrenaline rush of the freezing ice baths 🥶 to the perfect post-plunge sauna session 🔥, every part of this experience was designed to make you slow down, recharge, and reconnect.

And can we talk about the vibes? The tea, the energy, the people, the atmosphere… genuinely one of those events where you walk in expecting a wellness moment and leave with new connections and a fully reset nervous system.

PRML brought the stunning Calgary space, but @thirdplc.ca brought the community. Meeting creatives, connecting with new faces, and bonding over mutual suffering in sub-zero water is apparently an incredible friendship starter.

Huge thank you to @mthrvy_ for building spaces where creatives can actually connect offline, recharge, and just be human for a second.

If you’ve been looking for things to do in Calgary that go beyond the usual brunch or nightlife scene, this is SUCH a fun and refreshing experience to add to your list. Whether you’re into wellness, community events, recovery sessions, cold plunges, saunas, or just trying something new. PRML Calgary location absolutely delivered.

Huge thank you for having me, already thinking about my next plunge (even though I was fighting for my life in that ice bath 😭😂)

TP x PRML | Recap

Thank you to all the creators who spent their time coming to the creative event — even though it was freezing that day. Your presence meant a lot.

Big thank you as well to @prml_social for allowing us to use your space. The Third Place community genuinely enjoyed trying the cold plunge experience.

And of course, thank you to everyone who greeted me and joined the simple birthday dinner after the event. See you at the next Third Place. 😉

If you’re like our marketing girly, Chanel, you already know stress doesn’t disappear just because your job is online.

Deadlines. Screens. Notifications. Brain always ON!
Your nervous system still feels it!

If you’ve been feeling a little fried lately… maybe your body’s trying to tell you something too.

What’s your nervous system asking for today?

PSSST....If you’re new here. Your first flow’s on us ;) 🤍

Between cafes, libraries, creative meetups, and quiet corners, I’ve been building community through the spaces we keep coming back to our Third Place.

This carousel is a small glimpse into the people and moments that made Calgary feel like home for me.
