I’m not just working out. I’m rediscovering myself through movement. 🤎

In the last year of my 40s, I’ve made a decision to keep saying YES to myself.

Yes to trying new things.
Yes to walking into rooms where I may not know anyone.
Yes to getting stronger.
Yes to taking care of my mind AND my body.
Yes to creating a life that actually feels good to live.

Movement has introduced me to a version of myself I didn’t even know was waiting for me.

And that’s really why I share any of this.

Not because I have it all figured out.

But because somewhere there’s another woman thinking she’s too old, too busy, too out of shape, too nervous or simply doesn’t know where to start.

Getting to experience Strength in Motion with @evolveyou was everythinggg. Moving, sweating, laughing & connecting with such an amazing group of women and getting to workout IRL with @yayatshuma & @donnatrana — felt a little surreal. 🥹

I even went to Houston solo, connected with another Dallas girly who was attending too, and left with two new besties 🫶🏼 Just another reminder of how special this community really is.

EvolveYou has been part of my fitness journey for years, and days like this remind me why I fell in love with movement & this community in the first place. So grateful to be a tiny part of it. 🩵

Entering a new era with @evolveyou. 🩵

I got one of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time at Evolve You’s Strength In Motion event. Movement has always been important to me, so now that I’ve moved to Texas and am starting a new journey, I’m figuring out what that looks like for me here. I’ve been loving finding workouts I genuinely enjoy and building new community along the way.

@donnatrana and @yayatshuma curated such good vibes and gave me an amazing challenge with their Pilates and Strength sessions. I’m thankful to them and to the brands that sweetened the day with such thoughtful gifting. 🩵
