The work that I do. It’s changed me. It’s made me a different human.

I was someone that used to fear being seen, heard, witnessed. One that second guessed everything she did because there was some sort of ridicule, judgement or shaming that lived on the other end of it.

This work - mine first (then helping others) has given me fresh oxygen in my lungs. A sense of purpose I didn’t know existed beyond my corporate, traditional jobs.

Seeing clients transform in both my businesses has been THE MOST REWARDING THING I’VE EVER RECEIVED (apart from my girls of course). It’s also been the scariest b/c it required me to shift and shed identities over and over again.

Thank you to anyone who has trusted me and invested their time, energy or $ into me or one of my businesses. It is the greatest honour and I am forever grateful to hold you and your transformation.

🥂 to helping a million more gorgeous souls align with their innate power and their god given gifts. You deserve to get paid to embody your magic. You deserve to live a F yes life.

It’s coming.. all of it.. can you feel it? 🔮💡💸🥂.

Remember if you can dream it in your conscious mind, you are scientifically able to access it and are meant to have it. You just need to align with it.

Here’s the “Instagrammable” highlight reel of my 40th birthday! It was a great day with... ⏰ smooth wake up with the girls
🍳 on time for my breakfast brunch @thegull175 (who has a killer burger 🍔 by the way) with cherished friends, mostly who celebrated my 16th, 19th, 27th, and everything in between
🥧 fresh apple pie from @savaryislandpiecompany (from the lovely baker who picked up my pie craving call at 10:15 last night)
☕️ trying a free new black sesame rooibos tea latte at Starbucks
🌊 seawall wall along one of my favourite places on earth
🥩 superb kebabs at a new to us Persian restaurant 📝 reading beautiful birthday cards and notes from my wish jar from everyone
But in life, with or without kids, there was 63 minutes of uncontrollable crying from the littles, sentimentally thinking about who might not be around for my next birthday, and feeling like I spent most of my day taking them to the potty.
I was immersed in all the hugs, happiness, and hurt.

Happiness does not occur because you’re lucky, because things were easy and just worked out. Happiness is built and curated through choice and a determination to find joy in the small things you do and the people you spend time with each day 💫

How we spend our days is how we spent our lives.

Please tag someone that you are happy to be building your own happiness with...be it a neighbour, friend, colleague, partner, sibling, parent, or child. We are all in this together ♥️ .
