After moving to Washington at 13, I grew up playing tennis and volleyball, which shaped my love for movement, discipline, and challenging myself. I’ve practiced Pilates & Barre for more than five years and experienced firsthand how deeply movement can support both mental health and overall well-being. That experience inspired me to create Emergeβ€”a space where people feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and empowered to grow. I believe exceptional instruction goes far beyond earning a certification; it requires continued education, intentional practice, and a commitment to continually refining your craft. I earned my master’s degree in Data Analytics in 2023 and bring five years of corporate experience into the operational and digital side of Emerge. Outside the studio, you can usually find me enjoying a good matcha, taking digital photos, thrifting, or searching for my next gluten-free recipe.
